Executive Committee
The ICF is guided by an Executive Committee whose members serve the Fellowship across the globe. The committee includes Co-Moderators Elect, an Immediate Past Moderator, an International Financial Officer, an International Secretary, and a Communication Officer / Newsletter Editor.
Co-Moderators Elect
Shared leadership
The Co-Moderators Elect work together to guide the Fellowship's direction and chair its gatherings.
Immediate Past Moderator
Continuity & counsel
The Immediate Past Moderator provides continuity of leadership and draws on experience from their term of service.
International Financial Officer
Stewardship
Oversees the financial affairs of the Fellowship, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.
International Secretary
Coordination
Handles correspondence, records, and the day-to-day coordination of the Fellowship's international work.
Communication Officer
Newsletter Editor
Manages communications across the Fellowship and edits the ICF newsletter, keeping members informed.
Regional Secretaries
The ICF spans seven regions worldwide, each served by a Regional Secretary who provides information, support, and a point of contact for local churches and members.

Our Members

Administration is devolved around the world in various countries, reflecting the Fellowship's commitment to shared leadership and local responsibility.
Beyond the Executive Committee, the International Congregational Fellowship relies on a network of regional leaders who carry the mission forward in their local contexts. These individuals work within their own communities to support congregations, foster connections between members, and help translate the Fellowship's shared values into practical, everyday ministry. Their work is varied and rewarding, ranging from pastoral guidance to organisational coordination, and each leader brings a distinctive perspective shaped by their own cultural and regional background. Together, they form a vital bridge between the central leadership and the many congregations that make up the Fellowship worldwide.
The Fellowship's structure is designed to be both durable and adaptable, allowing leadership to respond to the changing needs of member congregations while maintaining a consistent sense of shared purpose. Committee members and regional representatives communicate regularly, sharing insights, resources, and encouragement across distances. This collaborative approach ensures that no single voice dominates and that decisions reflect a broad range of experiences. It also creates a welcoming environment where newer members feel supported as they learn the rhythms and responsibilities of Fellowship life, and where seasoned leaders continue to find fresh inspiration in the work.
Participation in the International Congregational Fellowship is not limited to those in formal leadership roles. Congregations and individual members are encouraged to take part in the life of the Fellowship through gatherings, shared projects, and mutual support. This open, inclusive spirit means that leadership is not a closed circle but an ongoing conversation in which many can contribute. Whether someone is stepping into a leadership position for the first time or has served for many years, the Fellowship seeks to nurture each person's gifts and calling, building a community that is stronger because of its diversity.
